Barkley
Bauer was born and raised in Saint John. He attended Saint John High School and
got a business degree from UNB. He has helped hundreds of satisfied customers
buy and sell real estate * from dream homes to investment properties. He is a
disciplined researcher because confidence comes from knowing the product, the
competition and the precise movements of the market, at any given time. He is a
powerful negotiator whose customers get what they want, when they want it.
Barkley
is dedicated to professional development. He is constantly investing in his own
education. Every quarter, he attends seminars led by some of the top real
estate coaches in North America. Barkley has also provided coaching services
himself, when he was sales manager of a large national Real Estate company.
Some
of his skills were honed while working in Toronto, arguably one of the most
competitive real estate markets in North America. He has stick-handled many
sales in the half-million and million-dollar range and held his own, against
corporate lawyers and some of the most aggressive agents in the country. He was
ranked among the top 1.5 % of 20-thousand agents with The Toronto Real Estate
Board. In 1997, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame. And in 1998, he earned
his professional broker's designation.
Barkley also has a Bachelors
degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and finance. He was
a cost controller for Campbells Soup and Revlon.
Barkley
knows Saint John and the outlying areas very well. He lives in Rothesay and has
cottage property on the Washdemoak and he owns heritage property uptown. He
spends weekends researching inventory, pricing and market movement all over the
city and beyond.
Barkley
has helped hundreds of people make some of the most important financial decisions
they've ever made in their lives. Your house is your home and your future. Yes,
you need an agent you can trust and someone who makes you feel comfortable. But
you also want somebody who knows exactly what they're doing. Barkley's been in
the business for 23 successful years, and he'd welcome your call today.
